Crystal Jade began its business in Singapore in 1991 and later has opened up branches
in Hongkong in 2000 and other countries in Asia, including Thailand. Crystal Jade's
philosophy is providing a feast of good food to the customers. Here, the standard of
authenticity is set and in order to achieve that Crystal Jade follows two simple rules:
using the right materials and prepare them in the right manners.
Crystal Jade's first branch in Thailand is at Erawan Bangkok, named Crystal Jade La Mian
Xiao Long Bao, where Shangainese Food (with its famous La mian) is served. The second
branchnamed "Crystal Jade Restaurant" is at Siam Paragon, offering Cantonese cuisines.
The name was changed to "Crystal Jade Golden Palace"in August and the menu concept
was also revised to be consistent with the new name and concept of "Golden Palace".
Now Crystal Jade Golden Palace does not offers it's customers only the fine Cantonese
cuisines but also the Teochew cuisines as well as other contemporary dishes. The third
branch, named Crystal Jade Kitchen, has an assortment of Dim Sum and other dishes.
This branch is located at Citi Resort building, Sukhumvit 39 (near Fuji Super). It offers
Hong Kong-Cantonese cuisines such as BBQ, Roasted Duck, Noodles, Congee and many
other Hong Kong style desserts and Dim Sum.
